Turnaround, Shipping Times and Options
Because we specialize in making masquerade masks full-time, we are able to offer a very fast turn-around time on most orders. The following information details our shipping times and policies:

Standard Shipping:
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours (on business days) of you placing them. The remaining orders that do not ship within 24 hours will be shipped the following day.
For standard shipping we use UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
Therefore, most customers will receive their order in-hand 2-5 business days after placing the order.
Express Shipping:
We have two Express Shipping options, and their details are as follows.
2nd Day Air: Orders placed for 2nd Day Air before 11AM ET will be shipped same day, and USPS guarantees them for delivery by noon two days after the order is placed ( I.E. you order at 10AM Wednesday, it is guaranteed by noon Friday). All orders placed after 11AM ET using 2nd Day Air will be shipped same day or the next business day (I.E. you order at 1:30 PM Monday, you will either have the order by noon Wednesday or by noon Thursday latest).
Next Day Air: Orders placed for Next Day Air before 11AM ET will be shipped same day, and UPS guarantees them for delivery by noon the next business day after the order is placed ( I.E. you order at 10AM Wednesday, it is guaranteed by noon Thursday). All orders placed after 11AM ET using Next Day Air will be shipped same day or the next business day (I.E. you order at 1:30 PM Monday, you will either have the order by noon Tuesday or by noon Wednesday latest).
***Please note that the 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipping rates that we charge are only for orders under $250. If your order exceeds this amount, we will need to assess your shipping charges and notify you of the final amount before the order is shipped. This is due to the wide variation in shipping rates based on box size, weight, and volume.
If you have any concerns about shipping times/methods or you are unsure about which method you need, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make sure that you receive your order in plenty of time.
International Shipping:
Our website is currently set up to receive orders from the UK, Australia, and Canada. The shipping rates and times will appear in the shopping cart after you enter your international address. We currently offer Standard Delivery (7-10 business days) and Express Shipping (3-5 business days). At this time, we do not offer overnight international shipping.
Please note that the international shipping rates that we charge are only for orders under $150. If your order exceeds this amount, we reserve the right to charge you for any additional shipping costs that occur (due to larger, heavier boxes). We will notify you if this is necessary.
Orders from countries other than those listed above will be accepted, but you must contact us first so that we can accept the order, as we are not currently setup for them.
Return Policy for Shipping-Related Reasons:
***If you order at least one full week before you need your order, and it is not delivered in time for any reason, we will refund your money in full upon receiving the returned package***
But, if you order with Standard Shipping within the week of your party, we are not liable if you do not receive the mask in time (I.E. you ordered on Tuesday night, we shipped it Wednesday, and you received the mask on Saturday, too late for your Friday night party). This is because there are too many variables to consider with shipping, and we cannot guarantee that a standard shipping order will arrive in exactly 2-3 days if you only have 2-3 days before your party. Therefore, by ordering within the week of your party, you are accepting the slight risk that your order will not arrive in time.
