  1. •Shipping Time -  Please refer to the UPS chart below to see see your estimated shipping time. Priority Mail is usually 1-3 days, but does not offer tracking. We do our best to ship your order in a timely manner, normally in 24-72 hours. If you have special requirements then please inform us. It is important that your contact information is filled out completely. We also provide UPS Next Day and UPS Second Day Air. If you are in a 4-6 day UPS ground zone, they also offer 3 Day Select Service.

  3. •Our designer masks and stick masks are all individually handcrafted using the highest quality materials available. Our goal is to reproduce each mask as close as possible to what is pictured however there may be slight variations due to each artists style and materials at hand. Feathers, as with leather, may have slight imperfections which is normal for a natural product.

  4. •Minimum orders are $25. Orders under $25 are accepted with a $5 service charge.

  5. •Prices are subject to change.

  6. •All orders are shipped UPS Ground, FOB Lakewood, NJ or US Postal Service Priority Mail unless we are otherwise instructed.

  7. •No returns or refunds on custom orders, designer masks or decorated masks on sticks. A custom order is any item not pictured as is in our current catalog or website. No returns accepted without an authorization number. Return requests, damages and shortage reports must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns or credits will be authorized after this period
