Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  We ship all orders (unless they are larger or involve many decorated styles) within 24-48 hours of receiving them. When we ship the order, we will enter your email address into the shipping computer, and you will receive a tracking number from the USPS in the form of an automated email. This email will come to you when the order has shipped, not when we receive the order. Therefore, you can know if your order has shipped by checking your email to see if your tracking number has arrived.

Please do not contact us about the status of your order until you have checked for your tracking email, as it can be time consuming for us to track your order ourselves, and most of the time you can quickly and easily track the order yourself using the email that is provided by the USPS.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  You can track your order using the automated tracking email that will be sent to you when your order ships, as described above.  Please do not contact us for tracking information until you have checked your email for the automated tracking email, which will come from the USPS when your order ships (not when we receive it).
